Almost all orders leave our warehouse in 48 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays) And arrive at their destination within 4-5 working days.
Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for the UPS delivery person as to where to leave it (maybe at a neighbors house if you do not want to leave it outside). UPS will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us. UPS phone # is (1 800 742-5877)
If your order is being shipped US Priority Mail there is no package tracking.

- Military Addresses
- Canada - All customs and brokerage fees (if any) are the customers responsibility.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Address orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Sometimes additional fees may apply but we will contact you if applicable. It is important to note that U.S. Postal Service packages are untraceable. We do not ship to out of the USA to foreign addresses other than Canada.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
