Returns & Exchanges
To return any item for either a refund or exchange please call us during regular business hours Monday – Friday from 8am – 2pm PST or email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA# for your return. Returns will not be accepted back without an RMA # displayed on your package.
Refund and Exchange Policy
• Returned items may not used, washed, worn, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. You can try items on but you may not use them or wear them.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving and in the original bag or packaging for an even exchange or full credit. You may use a different exterior box to ship in if you prefer.
• Items returned within 15 to 30 days or not in original bag or packaging are subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise will not be accepted back after 30 days.
• Custom, clearance or other excluded items may not be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges will be made for the same type of item only.
• Customer will be responsible for any item sent back inappropriately or that does not meet exchange or return requirements.
Customers are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us and indicating the nature of the return. You may use any method of return that you feel comfortable will get to us safely. You will need to authorize the charge to your card or send payment for us to ship the exchange back to you.
• General merchandise exchanges will be subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee (includes multiple items).
• Bo Staffs of 60” or 72” in length will be subject to a $9.00 return shipping fee per Bo.
• Martial arts t-shirts (and sweatshirts etc.) may be exchanged for size only in the same style and image of shirt.
• Heavy or larger items may be subject to additional shipping to be quoted at time of exchange.
• Orders that must be sent Postal may require higher shipping to be quoted at time of exchange.
• Additional exchanges on the same order sent separately may be subject to regular shipping charges.
• Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges or credits.
• You may choose to place a new order and send previous merchandise back for credit within policy.
• Returns will be credited back to the card it was charged on. Credit will be for merchandise only.
